Kirstie Tiernan is a principal at BDO Digital and serves as a Digital Go-to-Market leader and director on the BDO USA board. She leads the firm's AI initiatives, focusing on data-driven innovation. Kirstie and her team transform raw data into actionable insights through data analytics, machine learning, and predictive models, supporting strategic decision-making.

Her approach emphasizes process optimization and integrating advanced technologies to streamline operations, enhance efficiencies, and automate processes. Kirstie co-led the firm's Digital Transformation & Innovation strategy, achieving milestones like the BDO bot factory and the inaugural Hackathon.

A champion of diversity, equity, and inclusion, Kirstie leads the women's inclusion group at BDO, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment. She holds an M.B.A. in Fraud Management and Economic Crime from Utica College and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University.
