Diane Gardner

Diane Gardner is an experienced CFO and Board Director specializing in mid-market companies undergoing various types of operational transformation. Most recently, Diane was the CFO of Kodak Alaris Holdings Ltd. (KAHL), a UK based global imaging company. Diane managed Finance, IT, Facilities and a very active Project Management office. She also served on KAHL’s Board of Directors. While at KAHL, she championed 2 highly successful ERP implementations (Microsoft Dynamics AX in 2016/2017 and Dynamics 365 in 2022), as well as a number of asset divestitures, acquisitions, legal entity rationalizations and other transformation projects. Before joining Kodak Alaris at its inception in 2013, she held a number of roles at Eastman Kodak Company and Genencor International, specializing in corporate tax. She started her career in public accounting at Arthur Andersen LLP. A native of Rochester, NY, Diane has her BS and MBA in Accounting from the University at Buffalo and is a CPA licensed in NY. She is active in a number of national organizations including How Women Lead, the Private Director’s Association and the CFO Leadership Council.
